Paul Patacca
PARTNER
Mr. Patacca practices in the areas of real estate, divorce mediation, and business formation and operation.
He has been advising institutional lenders on state and federal banking regulations. With his expertise in banking
law, Mr. Patacca has counseled and assisted financial institutions in creating real estate programs and products that are
in compliance with state and federal documentation laws. He continues to utilize his experience in representing lenders, sellers,
and purchasers in residential and commercial real estate closings. Mr. Patacca is also a trained divorce mediator and handles mediation
proceedings from the preliminary negotiations to drafting the separation agreement and filing for divorce. He also continues to counsel
his clients in the formation and operation of their businesses.
Mr. Patacca received his Juris Doctor from Emory University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Albany.

Walter D. Karle
PARTNER
Mr. Karle practices in the areas of wills, trusts and estates, real estate, and divorce mediation.
He has extensive experience representing clients in the purchase, sale, or refinance of their homes.
He is a trained divorce mediator and handles mediation proceedings from the couple's first meeting to
drafting and filing the divorce papers. Throughout his career, Mr. Karle has helped numerous individuals
with their estate planning needs. From the initial client intake through the administration of the estate,
Mr. Karle ensures that all parties are fully informed with all of their estate planning options.
Mr. Karle received his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuschsberg Law Center and his
Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts.

George Paidoussis
PARTNER
Mr. Paidoussis practices in the areas of real estate, consumer, bankruptcy, creditor and debtor rights in
foreclosure, and formations and sales of small businesses. Mr. Paidoussis has extensive experience representing
debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. He conducts real estate closings representing lenders, sellers,
and purchasers and is familiar with both state and federal regulatory compliance issues.
Mr. Paidoussis received his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from St. John's University.
Kevin McDermott
Mr. McDermott practices in the areas of real estate business formation and operations, wills, trusts and estates,
and foreclosure. He represents both purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions
and in the purchase and sale of businesses. Mr. McDermott has also helped numerous individuals with their estate
planning needs. From the beginning of the estate planning process through the administration of the estate, Mr. McDermott
counsels his clients on the tools necessary to accomplish their goals and answers any questions that arise along the way.
Mr. McDermott received his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Oswego.
Melissa Bliven

Ms. Bliven is in charge of all pre-closing procedures. She is responsible for ensuring that all required
documents are received by the lender and that a closing date is scheduled that is convenient for all the parties
involved. Any questions regarding clearance of closing file should be directed to Ms. Bliven.
Barbara O'Connell
PARALEGAL
Ms. O'Connell is in charge of all post-closing procedures. She is responsible for the closing out of files,
their delivery to the lender, and the funding of the loans. Any questions regarding the post closing process
should be directed to Ms. O'Connell.
