The members of our firm are trained in helping couples navigate the divorce process using mediation. Divorce Mediation is a low cost
alternative to the traditional divorce process. With the help of a skilled mediator, couples determine who will maintain custody of the
children, who will reside in the marital home, how they will afford to live apart, and other issues that may arise. The process of divorce
mediation allows a couple to control the division of their assets in a secure environment, while eliminating the high costs involved with
litigated divorces. Once a couple has completed their negotiations, our attorneys draft the separation agreement and complete the divorce filing process.
